Easy over the top white chicken chili. It really doesn’t get any easier than this recipe. Put all your ingredients in a dutch oven and the chicken on a wire rack on top. As it cooks, the dutch oven will catch all those delicious chicken drippings. When the chicken is cooked, shred it and add it to the mix. I also add cream cheese, corn and white beans.
