Approximately 50 lieutenant colonels from across #4ID and U.S. Army Fort Carson participated in the Ivy Division Leaders Academy, a three-day event led by our commanding general, Maj. Gen. David Hodne. This year’s DLA spanned across three states and conveyed the Ivy Spirit ---- I believe in myself, my teammates and my leaders. The academy’s intent was to push capabilities, challenge decision-making skills, build a cohesive team, and ultimately instill confidence in key leaders. -----------------
