VEGGIE LOADED PASTA SAUCE 🍝 Ingredients 1 carrot 🥕 1/4 onion 🧅 1/3 courgette 🥒 1 garlic 🧄 4/5 basil leaves 🍃 1 teaspoon salt 🧂 1 tin tomato sauce 🥫 (400g) 30ml olive oil Method 1. Add carrots, courgettes, celery, onion, garlic and basil to your blender and pulse until chopped. 2. Transfer in a saucepan, add olive oil and sauté for 5-8 minutes. 3. Add the tomato passata and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook, covered, for around 20 minutes. 4. Serve with your favourite pasta
