Stop making gluey mashed potatoes! 🥔🚫 The secret to perfectly creamy mash is all in the temperature. Adding cold milk and butter "shocks" the potato starch, resulting in a sticky, gummy texture. For the best results, always heat your milk and butter together before mixing them in. Warm ingredients integrate seamlessly for that restaurant-quality, fluffy finish every time. ✨🥣 | Old fashioned recipe
