Wrestlenomics reports that WWE SmackDown on April 10 drew 1.580 million viewers on USA Network. This number is up from the 1.412 million viewers the show drew on April 10. Friday’s episode scored a 0.42 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from the 0.36 rating last Friday.

WWE sent us to WrestleMania 42 with an interesting episode of SmackDown.

The final "WWE SmackDown" before WrestleMania 42 went down Friday night inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Unlike last week, multiple matches were advertised and delivered among the superstars left out of this weekend's festivities. That being said, the show also felt like an obvious final pitch to sit down and watch on Saturday and Sunday.

“WWE Friday Night SmackDown” is airing the 16th episode of its 28th season on Friday at 8 p.m. You can watch live as it premieres on the USA Network on Sling TV or DirecTV (free trial). This week, the episode will continue the lead up to the ultimate event of the WWE calendar, WrestleMania, which begins on April 18.
