The Jackson Police Department announced the arrest of a man wanted for sexual exploitation crimes involving an infant.

Investigators discovered that the 27-year-old man already had a 3-month-old child with the alleged underage victim.

Police say Kulvir S. Brar, 32, had been offering alcohol and drugs in exchange for sex, saying he targeted girls who were between 13-17 years old.
